PREORDERS/CUSTOM ORDERS

For both pre-orders & custom orders, each mug has 4-8 hours of custom art work (designing, carving, glazing, etc) please allow 4-12 weeks for production, plus shipping(unless otherwise discussed). You will receive an email once your preorder/custom order is completed and has been shipped out.

POTTERY CARE

Ceramics are sturdy but fragile. Careful treatment is essential for their lasting quality.

While most items are microwave and dishwasher safe, it is best to hand-wash each piece for optimal care.

Items with gold lustre are not suitable for microwave or dishwasher use, and will be clearly indicated. 

SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days upon ordering, unless specified otherwise.

RETURNS

Given the fragile nature of hand-crafted pottery, all items are final sale and non-returnable. If you have inquiries or concerns about a particular item, kindly contact me prior to buying.

Please ensure thorough review of all listing details and photos before making your purchase; kindly note that colors may vary slightly.

Each piece is artisanally made. The process includes hand throwing, hand painting, and hand carving, resulting in unique glaze variations.

In case of shipping damage, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of order receipt with proof of the damage.

DAMAGES

All pieces are carefully packed and handled, but in the event of damage upon arrival, please contact me at littleprairiepotter@gmail.com WITHIN 24 HOURS of delivery. Submit photos of the damaged packaging and items. Failure to email photos of the damage within 24 hours will result in no refund or replacement.
