R E T U R N S

Due to the fragile nature of hand-crafted pottery, all items are final sale and not eligible for return. If you have questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please contact me before purchasing. I will do my best to resolve any issues.

Please review all listing details and photos, carefully, before purchasing. I try to photograph in natural lighting, please be mindful that colors may appear slightly different.

Each piece is handmade. That being said, it is hand-thrown, hand painted and hand carved. Variations in glazes can be expected

If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order with documentation of the damage.

 

S H I P P I N G

All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days once the order has been placed, unless noted otherwise. 

 

D A M A G E S

Each piece is packed with extreme caution and care, but if you item arrives damaged, please contact me at littleprairiepotter@gmail.com WITHIN 24 HOURS of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and items. If I do not receive an email with photos of the damage within 24 hours, I cannot offer any refunds or replacements. 

 

P O T T E R Y    C A R E

Pottery is resilient but breakable. To ensure its longevity, handle it with care. 

Most items are microwave and dishwasher safe, however I recommend hand-washing each item, to ensure the piece will be taken care of properly. 

Any items with gold lustre are not microwave or dishwasher safe, and will be noted that.
